After submitting the Matching Questionnaire for Skills Matching ritual, you will receive an email notification with a match suggestion.

How does it work?

‍

1. You can accept or decline the match request by clicking on the button “Accept Match” or “Decline Match”.

‍

2. Once you have successfully accepted the match suggestion, a Workboard is created for you and your mentoring partner. There, you can find your matches in different tabs and interact with your mentoring partner (e.g., book mentoring sessions, send messages, and set goals).
