Our Impact

Although the workplace transformation has become just as important as sustainability during the pandemic, most see both trends as separate fields of work. The connection between environmental and organizational change is largely underestimated, if not completely overseen. But both are connected, and even interdependent. In fact, the transformation of work is the key to a sustainable economy.

This is why we have initiated the The Big & Growing Festival, a conference and community raising awareness, on the impact of work on the SDGs.

To support transformation on an individual level, Mentessa hosts the Open Mentoring Club. It helps you find the right advice at the right time - right from your network.

The AI-based peer learning platform accompanies employees on their journey from onboarding to retirement with the right expert at the right time.‍ relies on generative AI to adopt the "story" of each employee as a context for individual tips for networking and further developing their skills.‍ Unlike ChatGPT, the skill-based platform also leverages novel knowledge that other models don't have access to - the informal knowledge in people's minds.

Die KI-basierte Peer-Learning-Plattform begleitet Mitarbeiter auf ihrem Weg vom Onboarding bis zum Ruhestand mit dem richtigen Experten zur richtigen Zeit. setzt auf generative KI, um die „Story“ jedes Mitarbeiters als Kontext für individuelle Tipps zur Vernetzung und Weiterentwicklung seiner Fähigkeiten zu nutzen. Im Gegensatz zu ChatGPT nutzt die fähigkeitsbasierte Plattform auch neuartiges Wissen, auf das andere Modelle keinen Zugriff haben – das informelle Wissen in den Köpfen der Menschen.
