Munich, January 22nd, 2024 – Mentessa, a pioneering startup in skill-based organizations, is proud to announce that it has successfully secured funding and support from EIT Digital, a grant co-funded by the European Union, for an innovative project in collaboration with Raiffeisen-Landesbank Steiermark.

This strategic partnership marks a significant milestone for Mentessa, validating its commitment to a silo-free workplace and creating cutting-edge solutions that will shape the future of work. EIT Digital’s endorsement is a testament to the potential impact of Mentessa’s project on the European innovation landscape. 

The grant will provide Mentessa with the financial support and valuable resources to accelerate the development of its groundbreaking technology in collaboration with Raiffeisen-Landesbank Steiermark. The project aims to pilot Mentessa’s intelligent skills agent, leveraging the predictive power of AI and Large Language Models to help Raiffeisen-Landesbank Steiermark understand, connect and develop the skills of their workforce.
