The Happy Hour Ritual is an automated random matching to build connections between members from your community and grow their own networks.

Mentessa’s Rituals are automated ways to match people for different purposes based on various rules. By enrolling in the Happy Hour ritual, employees have the opportunity to get in touch with other members from the community.

How does it work? 

‍

1. The ritual “Happy hour” needs to be active in the platform settings under the tab “Rituals”. This has to be done by the admin of your community. 

2. Next, go to the tab “Rituals”  and click on the button “Enroll” in the Happy Hour ritual.

3. Once you have enrolled in the ritual, you will get matched with another member via an email notification.
