Purpose First: WIB – Women in Business e.V. Joins Mentessa for Good

Munich, August 4, 2026. Mentessa GmbH (Munich) has admitted WIB – Women in Business e.V. into its Mentessa for Good program, giving the nonprofit association free access to the Mentessa platform — and with it, the tools that help networks connect their members, activate knowledge, and build a culture of mutual learning. Mentessa for Good is aimed at NGOs and nonprofit organizations for whom building this kind of infrastructure would otherwise be out of reach.

WIB – Women in Business e.V. champions the advancement and networking of women in business. With access to Mentessa, its members can find each other, build mentoring relationships, and put the association’s network to active use — regardless of location or available time.

“We believe the right connections can change lives. Nonprofits like WIB – Women in Business e.V. live that every day — which is why we want to make sure they have the same opportunities as large companies,” said Dr. Tina Ruseva, CEO of Mentessa.

“With Mentessa, we finally have the infrastructure for FEMtoring to enable structured mutual learning between mentors and mentees, instead of just the usual networking circles,” said Julia Burglechner, Chairwoman of the Board, WIB – Women in Business e.V.

Mentessa for Good is Mentessa GmbH’s program for nonprofits, associations, and NGOs, offering free or heavily discounted platform access including onboarding and support. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis; three organizations are selected per year, with a deadline of November 30 each year.
