About You
You Have
- Awareness of best practices for product development – ideally some experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile setting
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, including hands-on and data-driven idea validation and testing
- Ability to navigate complex ambiguities
- Excellent communication skills in English - both written and spoken
You Will
We’re looking for students of Business Informatics, Communication Science, Computer Science or similar fields who would like to gain experience in a fast-growing startup and help us build Mentessa's SaaS platform using modern product best practices.
- Develop a deep understanding of our customers, their pains and jobs-to-be-done
- Collaborate with stakeholders in customer success, marketing, and sales
- Consider strategic goals and the respective product roadmap
- Help plan and execute the product roadmap
- Help set up and monitor key metrics
- Help break down complex problems and write clear specifications in collaboration with Design and Engineering
- Support managing product delivery in a dual-track agile setting
Great to Have or Willing to Learn
- Prior working student experience in Product teams
- HR industry knowledge
