What to do if my mentor or mentee has no availability and I can’t book a meeting with them?
In order to book meetings with your mentor or mentee, it is important that you both set your availability in your profile section under the Availability tab.
In order to book meetings with your mentor or mentee, it is important that you both set your availability in your profile section under the Availability tab. Booking appointments is directly related to setting up available time slots for interactions and appointments to share skills, learn, and mentor each other. It may not be possible to book a mentoring session if your mentor or mentee has not indicated their availability.
Therefore, if your mentor or mentee has not set their availability, please message your mentoring partner and ask them to set their availability. You can contact your mentoring partner through the Messages section in your Workboard tab.
