The Resources page on Mentessa is a section in your community where you can find onboarding support such as learning videos and tutorials.
How does it work?
- Mentessa can post global learning materials and videos that all users are able to access.
- The admin can also upload additional onboarding videos to support the individual goals of their employees and community members. Admins can post videos and news through the Content tab or upload videos through the Resources tab in the platform settings by clicking on “Add resource”. This feature also allows admins to delete and update their own resources and videos, which are visible to all members.
- Also, the admin of your community will be able to override Mentessa’s global resources or hide them.
