A mentoring session is an appointment with your mentor or mentee that can have different purposes (e.g. collaboration, informal coffee chat, setting goals, etc.).
How does it work?
- Once you have enrolled in a mentoring program, you are matched with your mentor or mentee. Accepting your match will automatically create a synchronized workboard for both of you to collaborate on.
- In order to book a mentoring session, go to your Workboard tab. There you can define and keep track of your mentoring goals, book appointments and message your mentor or mentee.
- Next, click on “Book your first session” and select a preferred available time slot. It is important that your mentor or mentee has specified their availability on their profile in advance as it is not possible to book sessions without indicating available time slots.
- Finally, click on “Book Session”. Remember that you can always scroll down and keep track of your upcoming sessions. If things change, you can also cancel your appointment by clicking the “Cancel” button.
