There are two ways to enroll in the Happy Hour ritual as a user:

Proactively: Go to the Rituals tab and click “Enroll.”

Via invite: Click “Enroll Now” in the invitation email you receive.
You can also leave a ritual at any time by clicking “Leave ritual” in the Rituals tab. This option can be used for a temporary absence or to opt out permanently.
