The Happy Hour ritual matches participants at random and is very useful if many new employees have joined your organization recently and if the goal is to build connections across the organization.
How does it work?
In order to activate the Happy Hour Ritual as an admin:
1. Go to the tab “Rituals” in your settings.
2. Select the Happy Hour Ritual and click on the button “Start ritual”.
3. You can also manage the ritual’s name, description and icon under Ritual information.
4. In addition, you can set the ritual’s frequency in the Matching section by setting the date and time.
5. You can enable email invitations to members in case you want to send invitations to the entire community or new members.
6. Finally, select “Save changes & activate”.
