The Happy Hour ritual randomly matches participants and is especially useful when many new employees join your organization. It helps build connections across teams and the wider organization.
How it works
To activate the Happy Hour Ritual as an admin:

Go to the Rituals tab in your settings.

Select the Happy Hour Ritual and click “Start ritual.”

Manage the ritual’s name, description, and icon under Ritual information.

Set the ritual’s frequency in the Matching section by selecting the preferred date and time.

Optionally, enable email invitations to notify the entire community or new members about the ritual.

Click “Save changes & activate” to start the ritual.
Once activated, participants will be randomly matched according to the schedule you set, making it easy to foster new connections across your organization.
