HR and L&D consultants, training providers, ecosystem collaborators, and corporate networks who want to bring a connected mentoring platform to their clients.
Does it cost anything to join?
Terms vary by track — we'll walk you through exactly what's involved for the level you're applying to during your application call.
What's the difference between the Ambassador and Certified Partner tracks?
As an Ambassador, you refer clients from your network and earn 10% commission on the contract value — Mentessa handles delivery. Certified Partners take on the client relationship and program delivery themselves, which unlocks a 10–30% commission tier.
Do I need existing HR or L&D clients to apply?
It helps, but it's not required — what matters most is that you're positioned to introduce organizations to a connected, skills-based mentoring culture.
Does Mentessa provide leads, or is this referral-only?
That depends on your track — reach out and we'll walk you through what's available.
How long does onboarding take?
It depends on your track. Ambassadors can typically start referring right away; Certified and Strategic partners go through a short enablement period first.
Can partners get a discount on their own Mentessa subscription?
