How it works

Global resources: Mentessa provides learning materials and videos that are accessible to all users.

Admin uploads: Community admins can add additional onboarding videos or content tailored to the goals of their employees and members. Admins can:

Post videos and news through the Content tab.

Upload videos via the Resources tab in platform settings by clicking “Add resource.”

Update or delete their own resources, which are visible to all community members.

Customization: Community admins can override or hide Mentessa’s global resources if needed.
This ensures that every member has access to the most relevant and up-to-date learning materials.
