A mentoring session is an appointment with your mentor or mentee that can serve different purposes, such as collaboration, an informal coffee chat, goal setting, and more.
How it works

Matching: Once you enroll in a mentoring program, you’ll be matched with your mentor or mentee. Accepting your match will automatically create a synchronized Journal for both of you to collaborate and track progress.

Booking a session:

Go to your Journal tab. Here, you can define and track your mentoring goals, book appointments, and message your mentor or mentee.

Click “Book your first session” and select a preferred available time slot. (Your mentor or mentee must have specified their availability in advance; sessions cannot be booked without available time slots.)

Click “Book Session” to confirm your appointment.

Managing sessions: You can scroll down in your Journal to view upcoming sessions. If plans change, you can cancel a session at any time by clicking the “Cancel” button.
This keeps all your mentoring interactions organized and ensures a smooth scheduling experience.
