Combining a business background with an entrepreneurial sweet tooth for the next big thing, I often live on the brink of burning out. This was the catalyst for creating a tool to help curb this for others.

Digiburn was created in January 2020 and is a burnout self-help app that is dedicated to long-term, fundamental change, addressing the root causes of burnout. It has a holistic approach and is rounded off with interactive tools for building and sustaining the supportive habits for leading a long-term fulfilling life. And with the holidays approaching, the topic of burnout always has a habit of peaking around this time of year. So, how can you mediate before it becomes a problem? This is the foundation of Georgi’s talk in our upcoming webinar.

Join us on Monday, 12 December 2022 from 4-5 pm where he will discuss the main drivers of burnout, and how one can take action in curbing its effect.
