München, 15.09.2019 – We are thrilled to announce another exciting cooperation! START Munich, the largest student entrepreneurial association in Munich, has chosen Mentessa as its new mentoring and matchmaking platform for its vibrant community of founders, students, investors, and startup mentors.
Supporting the Next Generation of Entrepreneurs
Founded by the Technical University of Munich in 2003, START Munich’s mission is to support entrepreneurially minded students and help them navigate and grow within the Munich startup ecosystem. Over the years, the non-profit association has contributed to the success of several leading Munich startups – including Freeletics, Unu, and Kreditech.
With more than 300 active members, START Munich fosters an environment where ideas, talent, and experience meet. To strengthen this mission even further, the association is now introducing the Mentessa matchmaking and mentoring platform.
Mentessa Powers START Munich’s Collaborative Community
As part of its strategic initiative to deepen collaboration and accelerate growth, START Munich will implement Mentessa to help its members:

The solution will officially go live in October 2019.
A Fast-Growing Mentoring Solution for Innovation Hubs
Although Mentessa was founded only in early 2019, this marks our second major project launch. Our first pilot with Wayra, Telefónica’s open innovation hub, went live in July and has been running successfully ever since.
The rapid interest from leading innovation communities shows the growing need for human-centered, collaborative learning solutions—exactly what Mentessa stands for.
